Smart About Salt offers 4 courses, in English, French, and Spanish; Procumbent of Professional Winter Maintenance Services, Essentials of Salt Management, Advanced Training in the Use of Liquids for Winter Maintenance and a refresher course. Soon we will be adding a specific training course for facility owners/operators.

Certified Contractor/Company - $299.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments A company that applies for and meets the requirements for SAS documentation, training and information. Maintenance of training standards and filing of annual renewal documentation is required in order to renew certification. Registration to Become Certified - $714.99 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Your Register Your Intent to Certify include the "Essentials of Salt Management" online training.
You are required to have successfully completed the "Essentials of Salt Management" training in order to qualify for certification. Registration to Become Certified is non-refundable.

Those certified are required to renew annually.
